Computers I have had through the years, and why I have chosen my 17" Apple MacBook Pro.
My first computer that I bought for myself many years ago was an IBM. That was when you had to use DOS for everything. Whenever anything went wrong, it was a real pain in the neck.
As the year past, and computers changed, I owned quite a few clones. When WINDOWS came along it made computing better.
Eventually, I bought a couple of Gateway computers and a couple of Dells.
The thing that was frustrating with all of these machines, was when something went wrong. Many of the computers got infected with various virus infections.
The day I bought my 17" Apple MacBook Pro was like day and night. I was in the dark with the other computers and the Macbook showed me the light. In addition to being so much fun to use and operate, I have not had one problem with it. It runs faster than any PC's I have ever owned. Contrary to what I had thought, I have been able to find any kind of software for it.
I bought my MacBook Pro on Ebay. I couldn't believe the great deal I got on it.
